    Q. What information do you need from me to give me a quote?

    A. We will need all the information on our Quick Quote form to supply a quote

    Q. What information do you need from the other passengers?

    A. If any of the passengers have disabilities that necessitate special vehicles please notify us when you request a quotation so that we can make sure we supply a suitable vehicle. Other than this all we need to know is how many passengers will be travelling.

    Q. What happens if our numbers increase or decrease, will we be able to change our booking to reflect the change in requirements?

    A. If the number of people in your party changes and we need to change the size of vehicle we will do everything we can to find a cost effective alternative. Generally this is not a problem even at short notice.

    Q. How long is the quote valid for?

    A. Our quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise notified. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

    Q. How long before the trip do we need to pay the balance in full?

    A. Any deposit requested must be paid in order to secure the booking, and the balance must be made 14 days before the start of the hire unless otherwise agreed by the company. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

    Q. Is coach hire subject to VAT?

    A. At this present time, coach hire in the UK is not subject to VAT.

    Q. What if one or more of the passengers has a disability?

    A. It won’t be a problem but we will obviously need to have prior warning and as much detail as possible before we quote.

    Q. When we arrive at the airport into the UK, how will we know where to find our coach?

    A. Your driver will be asked to meet you at arrivals with a sign bearing your party’s name. In the unlikely event that your coach is delayed en route to the airport and is not there to greet you please call us on 03333 207 100. This line is manned 24 hours a day 365 days a year

    Q. Our coach booking fell through yesterday, can we get a replacement service in less than 24 hours?

    A. Because we work with a huge network of operators we can usually accommodate last minute bookings. Call us on 03333 207 100 and we will do everything we can to find a replacement coach for you.

    Q. Will the driver be happy to do multiple drop offs?

    A. If you need passengers to be dropped off at multiple locations please inform us of this when you request a quotation. Agreement will be subject to access being possible for the coach. Please be aware that there may be an additional charge for this.

    Q. Will our coach make toilet stops?

    A. If there are no toilet facilities on board then the coach can stop for comfort breaks. Ideally these should be discussed and planned in advance as there are limited suitable places for coaches to stop. Please be mindful that stopping will add to the journey time and that all drivers are subject to a maximum number of driving hours. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

    Q. Will there be plug sockets for charging phones etc. on our coach?

    A. If having plug sockets on your hire vehicle is important please make this clear in your quotation request and we will try to find operators with suitable vehicles but please bear in mind that adding additional requirements like this restricts the number of operators who can quote for the job.

    Q. Can we bring food and drink onto the coach?

    A. Sorry, but other than on a vehicle fitted expressly for that purpose, food [except confectionery] and drink [including alcoholic beverages] may not be consumed on the vehicle without prior written consent from the company. If this is important to the success of your trip discuss it with us when you request your quotation. Refer to our Terms and Conditions.

    Q. What is your cancellation policy?

    A. We have a scale of charges for cancellations. Refer to our Terms and Conditions.

    Q. Can you organise hotel accommodation for overnight trips?

    A.  We have agreements with most of the major hotel chains including Britannia, Hilton, and Accor that allow us access to unpublished group rates due to the volume of business that we provide. By booking your hotel accommodation at the same time as your coach hire you can save time and money.
