The safety of our passengers and quality of the vehicles we use is paramount

When we are transporting half a million passengers a year, it’s critical that safety is at the forefront of the services we provide.  All of our partners are checked against VOSA, and in order for a supplier to partner with us, they must provide copies of insurance, and operators licences. We are rolling out a programme of random inspections of our partners to ensure that they meet the high standards that we demand for our customers.

Regular customer feedback is gathered and analysed to ensure that the partners that we use are up to standard. In many cases we get very positive feedback from customers, some of which can be seen in our testimonials.
