This is why we think it's important to handle each of our client's coach hire requests individually. This personal attention to detail is backed up by state-of-the-art technology that is being continuously improved.
In order to provide this level of service, its important that we can also rely on our partners to give the same commitment to the customer as we aim to. To this end, we require all partner coach companies who work with us to provide as a minimum the following:
- Full fleet details
- Copies of all insurance documents
- All Operator Licence documents
In addition to these requirements, we also have a continuous improvement process in place to ensure our customer's satisfaction.
