Coach Hire Booking have years of experience in managing passengers who are attending large events and conferences.  We understand that staff welfare is a priority and that the journey to and from an event is as important as attending the event itself.  This is why we offer on-site co-ordination using trained staff who are on hand for the duration of the event to ensure the passengers welfare at all times.

Whether it’s a simple question of arrival time, or luggage movement our friendly co-ordinators will be happy to help.  We offer this as an optional “white-label” service for the discretion of our customers.
